At FPM Milano, we are committed to your total satisfaction with our Italian-crafted luggage and travel accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original protective packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and the authenticity certificate to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at an authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
